Services

I offer a variety of services, based upon your project.

  • Consultation

Consultation guides the direction you take to enhance your landscape. During this time, I will gather information about your vision for your space, do a site assessment with you, and discuss broad possibilities that fit your needs. This first consultation is a 90 minute minimum.

  • Design

Creating a design for your space begins with an in-depth client interview to determine your goals, identify current likes and dislikes and learn about overall yield or hoped for yield. I conduct a comprehensive site assessment to inform the final design options I present. We will collaborate along the way to ensure that your vision guides the outcome.

  • Training

If you want to grow more, yield more - be it food, flowers, chickens, bees, compost - we can work side-by-side to build your knowledge and skill-set to successfully care for your garden and landscape. Consider it like a garden tutor or gardening boot camp. You can grow your food! Each session has a two hour minimum.

About Beth

Raised near Tum Tum, WA just outside of Spokane, I started gardening with my mother at an early age. I love to learn, and gain knowledge from each person, plant and animal I meet. As an undergraduate, I studied ecology and plant & mushroom taxonomy at The Evergreen State College, and followed this with a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University. I hold a Permaculture Design Certificate from the Bullock's Farm on Orcas Island. I keep bees, have chickens, and am an avid composter. I believe strongly that our connection to the natural world heals us.
